By providing your email address, you consent to receiving emails from Biosectrx.

 

We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. PAID SERVICES

 

If you sign up for any paid services, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the service as well as any applicable taxes. We do not store any credit card information. By providing your credit card information to our third-party credit card processing partner, you are agreeing to abide by the processor’s terms and conditions and authorizing the processor to charge your card during the subscription term. Your credit card will be charged once for pre-paid subscriptions or each month for month-to-month subscriptions until we received notice from you to terminate your paid subscription. You are responsible for providing accurate and current credit card information. If payment does not go through for any reason, your account may be suspended, and we will have no obligation to provide services until the billing issue has been resolved and we receive payment from the processor. Biosectrx reserves the right to change its pricing and services at any time.

If you no longer wish to receive paid services, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable.. If you pre-pay for a subscription in order to take advantage of a discounted rate, you are agreeing to pay for the entire subscription period, and the charges will apply even if you terminate your account before the end of the subscription period.

BIOSECTRX SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

When you sign up for these Biosectrx subscription services, you are authorizing Biosectrx to access your LinkedIn account and the information stored there solely for the purpose of delivering the Biosectrx subscription services to you. It is your responsibility to keep your LinkedIn account active and in good standing.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

 

If you choose or are provided with, a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity.
